Buildings have been approved for reentry after flooding. Anne makovec. Reporter im in the rock springs neighborhood which is the hardest hit area. Most of the streets have been reopened, this is one exception. Its one of the side streets here off of center. You can see there is a huge pile of debris in the middle of the street. A lot of the cars were looking at around it have been there since the flooding happened. This is one of several neighborhoods that you will see tagged on the home. And this is what they mean if there is a green tag on your door, that means its clear for reentry. Its safe. If there is a yellow tag, that means its restricted. Enter at your own risk. If you see a red tag, that means do not enter. It is not safe. This weekend dozens of volunteers helped some of the returning evacuees try to clear out the furniture from their flooded homes. We have brought in hundreds of aadditional firefighters from across the region as this fire has continued to grow in size and lake county. Now this is annoyer that is very area thats very familiar with wildfires, last year we had the valley fire and rocky fire but this fire is burning right between where the two fires burned last year.
