Pete is going to come down to three different master plans that city officials are going to be presenting to City Council Later on today. But its not just about redeveloping the trop. This is also about redeveloping all of this land down here in downtown st. Pete and trying to turn this area into a much more lively place than it is now. So if the city has its way we will see a Public Private partnership go up.
