The coronavirus is breaking parts of the nations Food Supply Chain. Meat processing plants around the country have shut down as workers contract covid19. Other Food Processors are cutting back because large buyers, like schools and restaurants, are closed. Some farmers are now forced to dump milk, destroy crops, and slaughter their animals, while we see people turning to overwhelmed food banks across the country. Home, stay healthy, stay connected. Our rules are, stay home. No nonessential trips outside the household. We want people to work. Work from home if you can and if youre going to the workplace, practice all those good social, physical distancing guidelines we talked about like six feet distance between people and so forth. Avoid no groups above number of 10 people. That sort of thing. We want number three. We want to make sure people shop alone. So when you go out, go once a week, have a list, be efficient, get in the store, get out of the store. Stores are in an opportunity to catch the virus so be efficient when you go to the store, do not take your entire family to the store. One person goes shopping for everybody. And then of course we want to make sure we help kids socially distance by keeping them at home to play, avoiding playgrounds, dont do group sports. Help seniors, help them stay in by running err ands for them or shopping for them. So that they can avoid those crowds. And
