The court held oral arguments February 11 on Rules of Judicial Administration amendments that focused on keeping pace with an electronic instead of paper-based court system. The amendments for the first time include the Florida Courts E-Filing Portal in the rules and also address electronic signatures, including by court officials, and e-service matters.
