In july 2011 cbp informed the airport that the current port office did not meet its needs and that the general aviation facility would be necessary for cbp to remain at the airport. The airport subsequently worked with cbp to construct a general aviation facility and spent over 3 million to meet cbp specifications. Unfortunately in july of last year cbp reversed course and informed the airport it would no longer occupy the facility. Let me emphasize that this was after the airport pay more than 3 million Fund Construction of the facility. This was after the airport worked with the cbp on the design and after cbp signed off on the facility. This is unacceptable. As i make clear my letter there are no laws or rules that we can find the prevent cbp from occupying the general aviation facility, so it has been over four months since we wrote that letter and i raised the issue with the commissioner. I want to ask you today and raise this to your attention , we will you commit to looking into
