2nd degree murder in the death of his mother. Our nick popham was in the courtroom as he explained why. And how he brutally killed his elderly mother. 3 Jonathan Neunaber sat before judge Steven Andreasen and the rest of the courtroom in the Plymouth County courthouse. Pleading guilty to two separate charges. The first is murder in the Second Degree and the second is willful injurya class c offense. The charges came after neunaber beat his own mother to death with a steel pipe back in june of 2014 in their family home. Following the back in june 2014 in their home. Following the death of his father, he had a sudden realization to commit the crime. When dad died, i did not know what to do next. I was not prepared to be the man of the house. Reporter and that after hearing the statement, the judge ruled the plea was fair.
