Lets just get right into it. Before we get into it, i really truly believe that every cop should have this book and not just every cop but in the Business World also because you are talking about integrity. Its a big issue all around but especially with police. Police have a lot of power. We are around money, drugs and corruption could be afoot so this is a great book. Its the second best book i have read this here come the second best. Guest i think the book that you wrote. Host are right you got me on that. Ive a few questions in the beginning in the prologue to talk about this case where you guys were a team that were following this guy. He was going to make a pick up in Washington Heights and hes a young fellow as you describe, grabs him to take him in to get the money or whatever it was. Its actually a rapper named young so. I know you dont listen to rap thats the word its always out there. People always say that guy is a young thug. Why would you describe that and what you classi
We talked about a lot of things in the buck with one o book bute biggest things i got out of the book is the feds are always taking the cases and youve explained that a lot so thats something i took away from the book that they are not always taking down these cases and they actually do some work so that just get right into it, but i truly believe every cop should have this book. It probably works for the Business World also because you talk about integrity and its a big issue all around but especially with police because we have a lot of power and we are around money and drugs and corruption so this is a great book for regular citizens and cops. Its the second best book ive read this year. In the prologue in the beginning you talk about this case where you were detained. This young thug as you described takes him in to get the money or whatever it was. What would you classify as a younger thug and it doesnt have to be racial conscious that his term that is commonly used. In this parti

I like it very much. I learned a lot about this book. I learned a lot of things about the polic Police Department i dt know after 21 years. And well talk about a lot of great things in the book but one of the biggest thing i got out of the book was theirs this rumor that the feds are always taken to nypd cases come and you really explained that a lot and so that something that i really took away from your book, that the feds do not always take down these cases in the nypd and internal affairs actually does work. So lets just get right into it. Before we get into it, i really truly believe that every cop should have this book. Not only of the cockpit its probably worth for the business will also because you talk about integrity. Its a big issue all around, especially with police. Police, we have a lot of power. We are around money, around drugs, guns and corruption can be afoot. So this is a great book. Just a regular citizen but that, its the second best book ive read this year. The se
Committee for moving this to the full board, but for all the advocates in the community who worked to make this a historic landmark. I have here a statement with a number of details that i went over with the Planning Department and i wont go through that process at this time, but this is truly wonderful that weve arrived at this particular stage in this process and i know therell be a second reading next week to hopefully make this a reality. Right now, the bookstore is still not saved through the Ground Breaking legislation. The advocates are currently doing all they can to raise money to try and buy back the building. This building is more than just a bookstore, its a part of our history and a part of the fact that as African Americans continue to leave San Francisco, it reminds us that we were here, were still here and well continue to be a part of the community and by retaining a landmark status from marcus bookstore, it just really sends a message that well continue to work to do
