Most folks probably wont notice much wind, but if the hills, they will. So this is always a dangerous pattern, especially after these low humidities. Low fuel moistures. Now watch from the east up around sacramento. Watch these orange colors start to come in overnight tonight. Right there. See that filling in . Midinsightmidnight . And then here about 6 00 a. M. This is above 1,000 feet. Most people wont notice much wind, but its a dangerous wind in that theres fire. And the orange area adown the Santa Cruz Mountains, that area will see some wind and also the east bay hills. That looks like the worst spot, it will be that north bay. Im not expecting 70 mile an hour winds. Im thinking a few hours of winds around 25 to 35 miles per hour, and then quickly, by tomorrow afternoon, the winds slow down. Okay . So its worth keeping an eye on, because any wind in this pattern is scary. Ask well have a spare the air alert tomorrow. The air quality will not get better until those fires go out.
