The Winter Session of Parliament is set to begin on a stormy note on Monday, with the government listing a bill to repeal the three contentious farm laws on the first day itself even as the Opposition plans to push for a law on minimum support price on agriculture produce.
The BJP has taken a swipe at the Congress for protesting over the country's three new farm laws when the centre has clearly moved to cancel them. A bill to repeal the three laws was passed by both houses of parliament today.
The winter session of Parliament 2021 will begin on Monday, i.e. November 29. In this session, the government will table 26 bills, including Farm Laws repeal Bill 2021 and the bill to regulate cryptocurency during this session.
