The Gujarat state government as well as the Oreva Group on Tuesday submitted before the Gujarat High Court that since the suo moto PIL pertaining to the Morbi Bridge Collapse incident which took away.
A Morbi sessions court had rejected the bail pleas of nine of the ten accused in February this year. The high court kept the matters returnable for April 13.
On February 22, the high court ordered the company to pay interim compensation of Rs 10 lakh each to the kin of the deceased and Rs 2 lakh each to the 56 who were injured in the incident.
