As part of the deal for Mowbot, Husqvarna will expand its partnership with Robin. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Husqvarna, a Swedish manufacturer of outdoor power products, is a major investor in Mowbot and an equity partner in Robin. Mowbot will become known as “Mowbot Powered by Robin.”

The acquisitions expand Schill s presence beyond its primary markets of Cleveland and Columbus and represent the third and fourth acquisitions Schill has completed in recent months.

Financial terms of the deal, which closed Thursday, April 15, were not disclosed. The deal also expands a partnership with Swedish manufacturer Husqvarna Group, which is an investor in Mowbot and now is a minority shareholder in Robin.
