Schill Grounds Management founder, president and CEO Jerry Schill.
Schill Grounds Management, a private equity-backed commercial landscaper based in North Ridgeville, has announced the acquisitions of Ward + Thornton Landscapes in Maineville, Ohio, and Fredericks Landscaping of Lockland in a duo of rollups that broadens Schill's Ohio footprint to the Cincinnati market.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The acquisitions expand Schill's presence beyond its primary markets of Cleveland and Columbus and represent the third and fourth acquisitions Schill has completed in recent months.
