My office has been looking at the c ac members and looking at the boarder Transportation Authority c ac and with the Transit Riders Union and its been a wonderful process by id like to thank him for praert in that process and id urge his support as an incumbent. Any other questions about those seats and a supervisor kim i want to make sure we have a good balance of a lot of different factors we want to see. So far weve appointed 5 men and one woman. So i certainly would hope that with the at large seats we consider trying to do some balancing out. Of the gender and looking at the city as well. People who want to serve and the fact youre not appointed today doesnt mean you wont be. Continue the involvement because thats how most people end up getting appointed to those seats so let me ask colleagues on those two at large seats i do strongly support what the commissioners are saying and one of the folks wants to be considered for the at large seat as well. Hi, my name is laura, im a long time residence of is excelsior district of 25 years and id like supervisor avalos saying so beautiful about whats going on in our neighborhood. Im a compassionate person. I have a relative who suffered from cancer who was helped from medical marijuana. I think that things in our district have been so did fficult and its such a dell kate time in regards to business and whatnot, that while we support having these dispensaries, two or three is plenty and i dont know how many of you live in the neighborhood were speaking of. I have heard very few people identify with living in our area. Were trying to do right for all who live in our neighborhood so diversity is very important to us on a personal and business standpoint.
