It gives tools to the irs to go after the traffickers and to put them in jail and to fine them and take those fines and put them into building beds for those young people who have been victimmed, victimized and abused. Criminal history. San jose police got a 911 call yesterday at 5 p. M. Of a man with a knife trying to enter a home that was not his. Officers confronted watkins outside the home, ordered him to drop the knife but he refuse. Investigators say he charged at the officers, who then fired several shots. Watkins died at the hospital. His father says his son recently moved out after having problems with his exgirlfriend and lived at the house with his mother and exgirlfriends mother and he also had a daughter with the exgirlfriend who also lived at the house. He knew the house very well. So i dont think he was an intruder but thats the information supposely that the officers got from the 911 call and i havent heard that at all.
