If youre leaving out of washington, run into some of this rain, you can see it down to our south along i95 right to raleigh back to roanoke and towards atlanta, some rain in those areas and because of that, temperatures start to fall and 46 right now in downtown. As you see on the picture, take a look at this. Southbound travel, where everything is lit up. The only thing moving is the ramp from 66 west to go 28 north. The truck, the tractortrailer and the car were all involved in the crash. Now were hearing hazmat has been requested because of a possible fuel spill. There is no access from northbound 28 staying on 28 past 66. You must exit on to 66 east. The ramp to northbound 28 remains closed. 66 west is, again, the only traffic moving on to northbound 28.
