They showed us 34 feet of water sitting in their basement. It is unclear what caused the water line to rupture enablers neighbors are telling us it is happened before 2 other times. There was a tremendous amount of water flowing down the hill. We had over 3 feet of water on our street flowing like a river. We called 911 3 times and it took them 30 minutes to arrive. People on that side, their basements get flooded every time. This is the 3rd time they have been flooded. Couldve been corrosion or land movement. We dont know in the pipe started leaking. It had to of been for a while because it caused a sinkhole and what we are going to do when we clear the area and dig out the pipes, we will cut out the section that failed and take it back to our offices to analyze and see what caused it to break.
