We have to have local capacity and we have to have a certain amount of it, but what we do we will report to the california iso, so that they know all of the different loadserving entities have secured a sufficient amount of capacity on the system in case and that well, to meet forecasted demands plus 15 , but also to manage variability on the grid. That is the only reason i mentioned the natural gas because the iso, is required to have these natural gas facilities today to help balance the Renewable Resources that are increasing on the system.
