M. , they do not expect it to spread anymore. You can see the heavy black smoke consuming this block of Chestnut Street for the past four hours. Theyre going to expect a lot of smoke damage. The building affected will have severe fire damage in all of those apartments. This is at third and chestnut across from the museum of the american revolution.
