Speaking at the ICWA in New Delhi, Dzhaparova highlighted the suffering caused by Russia's aggression and said that people in Ukraine are closely monitoring what world leaders have to say on the issue.
While delivering an address at a leading government-funded think tank Indian Council of World Affairs (ICWA), Dzhaporava said that Ukraine wanted to develop deeper relations with New Delhi and that the Russian invasion had lessons for countries with "difficult neighbours".
