A man who has had three prior murder arrests and a manslaughter conviction before being released on parole in 2020 is accused of murder in California, a report says.
Richmond police said they made an arrest Wednesday in the July murder of a 26-year-old Vallejo man. The suspect allegedly had three previous murder arrests, and was released on parole in 2020.
