Me Time Challenge and create a new Mother’s Day tradition. The virtual challenge aims to help women prioritize self-care and wellness with health focused tips and special access to wellness and nutrition offers from Ochsner Health. The challenge is open to everyone from fitness beginners to workout experts, and participants will have the option of walking, jogging, running, cycling, swimming or any physical activity they choose to accumulate their miles.
All registrants receive a virtual bib, commemorative
Me Time Challenge tank top or t-shirt (participant’s choice) and a finisher’s medallion. The entry cost for both the individual and team challenges is $36. A portion of challenge proceeds and all donations from participants will go directly to the Women’s Wellness and Survivorship Center at Ochsner Baptist, which provides comprehensive, coordinated care using a holistic approach to the unique healthcare needs of women, including specialized gy
