They say 38 year old edmond brown from camden was pulled over for a traffic stop that gannon route 130. While the officer was attempt to go identify brown, heres what happened. After almost getting killed in the crash the officer drew his gun and ordered brown to the ground. Instead he stood up and ran away, during the foot chase, a shot went off striking brown in the leg.
