For Mark Bronsberg, another day of snow on Monday meant another day of bad business at his restaurant Mimmo’s Pizza on Public Square in Wilkes-Barre. “It’s starting to become depressing,” Bronsberg said. “I hate days like this. You know coming in, it’s going to be lousy.” Business has been bad enough due to the exodus of downtown workers who are still working remotely because of the COVID-19 pandemic, he said. The constant snow in February has made a bad situation worse, Bronsberg said. “It kills business. It changes the little business we have,” Bronsberg said. “The curse of 2020 is continuing.
