The Department Reports it has now recovered more than 320 classified documents from mara lago. Prosecutors essay some documents were likely concealed or removed from storage in an effort to obstruct their investigation. The court filing casts serious doubt on a statement by trumps attorneys that all classified material had been returned. The Justice Department also argues that trump lacked legal standing to request a Special Master, since the documents belonged to the government, not to him.
