At Heritage Academy in Kentucky, Anthony Tringale’s baseball coach would call him in to pitch when his team neared getting mercy ruled. Nevertheless, Tringale had the optimistic mentality that he could change the direction of the game.
Like on the diamond, Tringale has learned through his business Eat Local New York that he can’t change the direction of a restaurant, but he can help them learn what they can do better.

A new renewable card/coupon, produced by Eat Local New York State, promotes restaurants by offering discounts through the end of 2021.

Syracuse, N.Y. For the last six years, Anthony Tringale has worked to support locally owned restaurants through an effort called Eat Local NY State. It offers social media help, photos and videos for promotions and other services.
Recently, he ramped it up for Covid times with a new idea in restaurant dining cards: It’s a renewable card (or coupon) that can be used repeatedly at participating restaurants through the end of 2021.
