Everybody scattered and what was left was a young girl lying here in a pool of blood. A small piece of yellow crime scene tape is tied to a post. It was here that somebody stabbed a teen aged girl in her back arm, and neck. There was 20 or 30 kids or so. We didnt know what was going on. Kimberly knight said she was sitting on her porch when the large group of young people began fighting. She was stabbed, held her neck and went down. The 17yearold victim died at the hospital. Her friends say the girl was likely walking back to her home after celebrating the fourth of july. Probably watching the fire works with her girlfriends.
