It happened at arrott and leaper streets. Witnesses tell us several people approached the victim opened fire and then jumped into a car and took off. A judge denied bail for the handy man accused of murdering an ellerly philadelphia woman. Leroy wilson was arraigned on charges of murder robbery, attempted burglary and other offenses. Police say wilson beat and stabbed 85yearold Regina Brunner to death. Investigators say wilson was a local handy man who did work for brunner as well as other several neighbors in the area. Police say they recovered a body that is most likely the 16yearold boy who disappeared while swimming in Cape May County this week. Emergency crews recovered the body from the inlet saturday night. Investigators believe it matches the description of the boy who theyve been looking for since tuesday. His name has not been released. Pope francis begins an eightday tour starting in ecuador. Thats a sun fish. People often mistake them for being sharks. Theres another sighting of a potentially dangerous portuguese man o war at the jersey shore. This was the real deal. The Wildwood Beach patrol says one of the Sea Creatures watched up on the 26th street beach yesterday in north wildwood. Beach patrol safely removed it from the beach. No one was hurt. The dangerous jellyfishlike creature has tentacles that can grow from 10 to 30 feet long. Investigators in atlanta city are still trying to figure out what caused this fire near the boardwalk saturday night. It started before 10 00, burning the dunes near inennindiana and ohio avenues. Nobody was hurt. The fire on the 900 block of st. Charles place was caught on cell phone video. Firefighters rescued seven people there trapped on balconies at the burning home. Authorities filed charges after questioning her. The minister talked about finding the child. When she saw other people around she started crying. The hospital checked out the baby. Shes in Good Condition and is now in the custody of child protective services. Today the eyes of nation are on South Carolina as lawmakers there begin the debate over whether to remove a Confederate Flag from the statehouse grounds. The National Action network and the naacp will rally as the state legislature debates the measure. Support for removing the flag grew after nine africanamerican men and women were shot to death inside a charleston church. Meantime nascar fans flew their Confederate Flag proudly at daytona yesterday. The racetrack offered fans an American Flag in exchange for their Confederate Flags because nascar leaders asked fans to leave their controversial flags at home. Many denied that request. The massacre that led to that debate happened during a bible study at Emanuel Ame Church in charleston.
