In case you haven’t been following along, President Biden rejoined the Paris Agreement (a 2016 international treaty that seeks to limit global warming) on the first day he was in office. Later, Biden set a time for leaders to join him in an international summit “to galvanize efforts by the major economies to tackle the climate crisis,” according to a White House statement.
