Well gusts, mostly in a 10 to 20 Miles Per Hour range, relatively calm for parts of the bay this morning but look at where we are heading this afternoon wind speeds really start to increase areas like San Francisco oakland and hayward seeing gusts well into a 20 mile per hour range at times same for inland spots in those upper elevations as i mentioned prone to even higher gusts. The fog bank is large and in charge. It was nonexistent yesterday. 64 in the city, 52, cold, and the average is 66 and 54 the record highs not that warm. 84 was a wily go back in 1916. The reason is looking at the buoy temperature, San Francisco, 53, so that makes a big difference. Bodega bay, 51 and i saw the 47 degrees temperature. That is cold if you are stuck in the fog and the onshore wind which is what we have. Two or three guys were at the end of the pier and they rushed over. Ran over to help her. Reporter the Good Samaritans crouched by kates father in the white shirt who bent over his daughter. Kate told her dad she didnt feel well. It turns out she had been shot. Police swept the area and ktvu saw Police Taking a man into custody, it was down the street at pier 38.
