Out of santa rosa. About 100 angry protestors spilled out on highway 101 blocking traffic for about half hour. This all started with a rally this afternoon for 13yearold andy lopez. Earlier this week, the d. A. Announced there would be no charges filed against the deputy who shot and killed lopez last year after mistaking the teens toy rifle for the real thing. The protestors are now off the road and were hearing that they headed back to the downtown area and things seem to be quieting down. We are keeping an eye on the situation.
