Cold air but theres a lot of moisture hanging around for thursday morning and sun and clouds 50s and 60s on the temps today. An Early Morning house fire started after 3 00 and the crews controlled the fire in ten minutes and no one living at the home was hurt. The Fire Fighters say two baby chicks in the garage died in that fire. Couple of brand new little kids with a heating lamp over a card board box created the fire. The fire was put out. The governor granted the request for a Emergency Declaration for the state. A major declaration sounds alarming but itll be a help in spiking the coronavirus. Governor gavin newsom approved the declaration and only took a few hours for the president to declare a major disaster in california. Governor newsom said the coronavirus psoriasis is having wide range impacts in every part of California Public and private life.
