N.Y. man indicted in crash that killed 2, including child

A Salem County grand jury has indicted a Brooklyn, New York, man on death by auto charges in a one-vehicle crash that killed two of his passengers last year.
Yonatan A. Franco-Aguilar, 24, was driving an SUV west on Route 540/Welchville Road in Alloway Township on Dec. 13 when the vehicle left the road, struck trees and a utility pole, then returned to the roadway and overturned.
Kinder Dineth Pinzon Romero, 27, of Brooklyn, died, while the driver and two other passengers, including a 6-year-old child, were hospitalized with serious injuries.

The Ford struck trees and a utility pole, returned to the roadway and overturned. A passenger, Kinder Dineth Pinzon Romero, 27, of Brooklyn, died of her injuries, police said.
The driver and two other passengers, a 6-year-old girl and 23-year-old man, both also of Brooklyn, were hospitalized with serious injuries. The child, identified as Amyelin Zulema Pinzon Romero, later died of her injuries, according to a criminal complaint.

A passenger was killed and three others seriously injured in a one-vehicle crash Sunday morning in Salem County.
A Brooklyn, New York, man was driving a Ford Explorer westbound on Route 540/Welchville Road in Alloway Township shortly before 10 a.m. when the vehicle left the roadway around milepost 10, according to New Jersey State Police Trooper Charles Marchan.
The SUV struck trees and a utility pole, re-entered the road and overturned.
A passenger, 27-year-old Kinder Dineth Pinzon Romero, of Brooklyn, died of her injuries, Marchan said.
The driver and two other passengers, a 6-year-old girl and 23-year-old man, both also of Brooklyn, were hospitalized with serious injuries.
