YSRCP Rubbishes TDP s Allegations Of Handing Over Sangam Dairy to Amul May 05, 2021, 18:06 IST AMARAVATI:  YSRCP MLA Kilari Rosaiah ruled out TDP’s allegations on handing over Sangam Dairy to Amul, and stated that TDP leaders have no moral right to speak on cooperatives as they were ruined during the TDP regime. Speaking to media here on Wednesday, the MLA said that it was the TDP leaders who have robbed dairy farmers by debilitating cooperative dairies but are blaming the government for being vindictive when taking action against the irregularities.  He stated that ACB officials have conducted raids and then arrested Dhulipalla Narendra for indulging in corruption in Sangam Dairy, who had diverted the funds to DVC Trust for personal use. Although Sangam Dairy was established as a cooperative society, Dhulipalla has become a Chairman of the Trust and maintained it as his own firm. Sangam Dairy: AP High Court Allows ACB To Question Dhulipalla Narendra And Others

May 04, 2021, 11:12 IST AMARAVATI: The  Andhra High Court on Monday allowed the Anti Corruption  Bureau (ACB) officials to question former Sangam Dairy Board chairman and TDP leader Dhulipalla Narendra Kumar, MD P Gopalakrishnan and former District Cooperative Officer M Gurunadham in connection with the Sangam dairy irregularities in their custody. Starting from tomorrow, Narendra will be questioned for three days, Gopalakrishnan for two days and Gurunadham for one day, by the ACB officials.  Keeping in mind the COVID-19 crisis, the High Court instructed the ACB officials to take precautions while interrogating them during custody, which was to be conducted in the Rajahmundry Central Jail. Justice R Raghunandan Rao issued orders to this effect on Monday.

ACB officials takes Dhulipalla Narendra into custody Updated: Updated: Grilled on misappropriation of Sangam Dairy assets Share Article Grilled on misappropriation of Sangam Dairy assets Sleuths of Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) took Telugu Desam Party (TDP) leader and Sangam Dairy chairman Dhulipalla Narendra into custody from Rajamahendravaram Central Prison on Saturday. The ACB Court on Friday, gave four days custody of Narendra to the investigation officers to question him in the case. The former MLA was reportedly shifted to Vijayawada. On April 23, the the ACB arrested the TDP leader, Managing Director of Sangam Dairy P. Gopala Krishnan and former District Cooperative Officer M. Gurunadham. Cases have been registered against them on different sections, including the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1998.

AMARAVATI: Telugu Desam Party senior leader and Sangam Dairy chairman Dhulipalla Narendra Kumar faced a setback in the Andhra Pradesh High Court on Thursday, when it struck down his quash petition.
