Raghu Ramakrishna Raju is trying to ‘defame the government’ and enacted a ‘drama’, he says YSRCP MLA Ambati Rambabu has said that the findings of the medical board constituted by the High Court have made it clear that MP K. Raghu Ramakrishna Raju was not assaulted during investigation by the CID.
Speaking to the media, he said the fact that law would take its own course was evident as even an MP could be arrested if he went against the Constitution.
Mr. Raju, the YRSCP’s Narsapuram MP, has approached the Supreme Court seeking bail in a sedition case registered against him.

Amaravati: YSRCP MLA Ambati Rambabu has said that there is no need for the government to ill treat an MP and with the GGH Report making it clear about injuries of MP Raghurama Krishnam Raju, the anti social elements supporting him stand exposed.
Speaking to media here on Sunday, he said that the law will take its own course, where even an MP can be arrested if he goes against the constitution. Raghurama is only trying to defame the government and took up the drama by accusing that he was assaulted by the police just to avoid jail. Two of the TDP leaders Atchennaidu and Dhulipalla Narendra were also arrested by the State police but none has complained of being assaulted by police, unlike Raghurama. He said that Raghurama Raju was a big actor and he complained about his beating up immediately after his bail application was rejected in the AP High Court.

In the Sangam Dairy row, CM YS Jagan led AP government received a setback as the AP High Court passed interim orders. On the G.O issued by AP government that it is taking over the dairy, directors of Sangam Dairy approached the AP High Court.
Suspending the Jagan government’s G.O., the High Court stated that directors can carry out their day-to-day activities. The Court also mentioned that it’s approval regarding the sale of Sangam Dairy’s movable and immovable assets is a must.
Before that the AP government informed the High Court that in view of public interest, the government has issued a fresh G.O. and it appointed officials to carry out daily operations. But the directors of Sangam Dairy urged before the court that the government’s G.O. is against the regulations.

YCP rebel MP Raghurama Krishnam Raju suggested Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy to stop using ACB, JCB and PCB against opposition leaders and his detractors.
He said that Jagan was using arm-twisting tactics against his rivals to keep them under check and using various bodies like the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) or Pollution Control Board (PCB) to put a check on them.
“In case of TDP leader Dhulipalla Narendra, he used ACB and when it came to another TDP leader Palla Srinivas, JCB was used to demolish his building. Similarly, if any company is flourishing but the proprietor is not heeding to Jagan’s orders, cases are registered by the PCB to check his business,” the MP explained and suggested that Jagan stop his goondaism.
