Four persons arrested for pasting posters against PM Modi

New Delhi: Delhi Police has taken four persons into custody for pasting posters that criticized Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Several FIRs were lodged in the districts across the state.
Police suspect the role of AAP councilor Dhirender Kumar behind the persons who were arrested from the Delhi East’s Kalyanpuri.
Earlier, on receiving information of the posters, the Delhi Police had alerted all its district police officers. The accused were apprehended on Thursday.
Delhi Police Additional DCP Sanjay Sehrawat said its police personnel have arrested Dalip Lal (35), Shivam Dubey (27), Rahul Tyagi (24) and Rajeev Kumar (19) from Kalyanpuri area.

NIA conducts searches at 11 locations including Kasaragod, Bengaluru in ISIS module case

The National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Monday, March 15, said that it has conducted searches at 11 locations in Delhi, Kerala and Karnataka in ISIS module case. NIA along with local police units conducted simultaneous searches at 11 locations including eight locations in Kerala spread over Districts of Kannur, Mallapuram, Kollam and Kasargod, two locations in Bengaluru and one location in Delhi , the agency said in a statement.
The case pertains to the alleged terrorist activities of a group led by one Mohammed Ameen of Kerala, the official said.

Bengaluru, Mar 13: The alleged sex-for-job scandal involving former Minister Ramesh Jarkiholi took a new turn on Saturday afternoon after one of his confidants filed a complaint with the Sadashivanagar police alleging that the sensational clip provided by activist Dinesh Kallahalli, which was also uploaded on social media, was fake and defamatory.
The complaint does not mention any name but it says that some unknown people were behind the release of the fake CD and asked the police to thoroughly investigate the matter and take necessary action against the concerned persons.
