Canvassing the neighborhood, searching for clues. Montgomery county police say they are investigating the thats of richard the depths of richard and Julianne Vilardo as a double homicide. This is a facebook photograph of the vilardos posted in 2012. I would see them walking all of the time. They were a very nice, loving couple, and a very nice neighborhood. Diane they were supposed to meet up with family members on sunday, but when they did not show up, relatives came to their home here on ridge drive in rockville, just before 12 20 sunday afternoon, and they made a gruesome discovery. They say richard was found outside his home, and his wife was inside. There was trauma to their upper bodies. We are investigating these deaths as homicides.
