As the was a discussion between the police and some of the organizers of the protesters calling out the discrepancies and how the curfew was enforced with white neighborhoods getting gentle warnings and black neighborhoods getting peppers brady and a militarystyle response, as that happened, a swat team came in, the crowd dispersed quickly. The police are calling it diplomacy, but still the organizations are saying they have had enough of the curfew. Its becoming a source of tension, it is no longer constitutional and theyre looking at whether this holds water legally. Here is what the police in baltimore said tonight. I dont think its fair that you are black and you get pepper sprayed, and if you are white and you are in midfield or another area of the city you can just walk around and the cops dont say anything.
