But its an interesting thing. On one hand, they finally have something they can hang on to. But some of the polling suggests the way the public is looking at it is not really positive. We know a lot of local republicans will be in tough races. Is this good or bad for them . If you look at previous attempts and this is the most robust change since the 86 tax law.
