The jury returned the guilty verdict against Kevin Fessette, 29, after approximately 30 minutes of deliberations of one count each of first-degree criminal sexual act, a felony, and endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor, prosecutors said. Fessette now faces up to 25 years in state prison at his sentencing later.
