Prosecutors say a friend of drescher arranged to purchase a gun from an unidentified person, and they agreed to meet, at the station. Around 640, as the two sat in this van, watching passersby, the 42yearold carlsen w questioned drescher about staring at him. When drescher told carlsen to leave, he refused. Dreschers friend says carlsen appeared to be on drugs, and, when drescher told carlsen to leave, again, carlsen, threw an orange construction cone into the open passenger window.
