The driver exited the car and was detained, questioned and released by police. Police say the suspect is still in the drivers seat of a silver mercedes surrounded by the s. W. A. T. Team and the man hunt started after a woman was shot and killeded yesterday afternoon on the 19th00block in walnut creek. The police surrounded the suspect vehicle on howl road at 7 00 yesterday evening. The driver got out but the suspect did not. Nearby neighborhoods are told to shelter in place. Some people have been camped out at the starbucks all morning unable to go home and this girl is trapped her her garage. I am really worried about her. She contacted me by text this morning and said that shes still unable to leave the area.
