We have heard from three of the adult women who claim that the owner of the wolf pak gym behind me here in morgan hill was secretive and controlling while Police Allege he was sexually assaulting some of his clients. His name is david wolfsmith. He has been arrested. Now faces ten charges of Sexual Assault assault. After investigating him for two months, Police Arrested him here yesterday afternoon outside his gym. Police tell us that two girls and three adult women have come forward as victims. Questions this morning after a Data Scientist who worked on the peninsula was shot dead in oakland over the weekend. He was found lying on the sidewalk a half a block away from his home right near kaiser. Brian bull was partying with his friends at a local bar on saturday night. Police say that he was walking home when he was shot and killed. A woman who does not want to be identified says she heard those thoughts. Ran out to try to help him and saw that he had already passed. There was a gunshot wound in his head. Assumed immediately that it was some sort of robbery gone bad, but i since learned that he still had his wallet on him. As the investigation continues, say that they do not have much to go on at this point. More than a dozen shootings and counting. Police are investigating another freeway shooting in the east bay. Once again, its on i80. This time in richmond. Chp tells us shots were fired at a taxi cab sunday night. The driver and two passengers in that cab were not hurt. This is the 17th freeway shooting in contra cost and Alameda County since november. Investigators believe the cases are all gang related and not just random shootings. Thousands of people who rely on b. A. R. T. Who have been impacted by strikes in years past. A new deal means no worker strike for years to come. Yesterdays b. A. R. T.
