NEW DELHI: As Delhi reeled under grief and anxiety with rising cases of Covid-19 and social media sites flooded with SOS messages from people seeking assistance in getting a hospital bed, oxygen cylinders or medicines, the Delhi government made a fervent plea to the Centre to provide medical oxygen saying the city is facing an acute shortage with most hospitals having oxygen left for only 8 to 24 hours.

Sisodia will be responsible for inter-ministerial coordination till further orders, it said.

Delhi Deputy CM Manish Sisodia presented Delhi Education Budget 2021 today, on March 9, 2021. He stated the Budget to be the Deshbhakti Budget in view of the Centre s celebrations of India s 75 years of independence with 75 weeks as Deshbhakti Mahotsav starting on March 12, 2021.
Delhi Education Budget 2021 will focus on India s 75 as well as 100 years of independence. Delhi will have its first Sainik School alongside Delhi Armed Forces preparatory academy. Students will be engaged with NDA coaching, along with regular studies.
