Dec 19, 2020 ASHTABULA — A dispute over meeting pay caused some sparks to fly at the Ashtabula Area City Schools board meeting on Wednesday night. Board of Education member Timothy Fleming said he is seeking payment for a work session and meeting that were held back to back in November.
