The event was organised by the All India Federation of the Deaf (AIFD), New Delhi, and hosted by the Assam Association of the Deaf (AAD) at Madhavdeva International Auditorium, Guwahati, the Nagaland State Disability Forum (NSDF)) informed in an update.
