Delhi Development Authority (DDA) won t be able to hand over possession of 1,063 in situ EWS flats in north Delhi s Jailorwala Bagh to jhuggi-dwellers by the November-end deadline. The finishing work was put on hold due to the enforcement of Graded Response Action Plan (GRAP)-IV, and the flats will now be ready in January.
The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is offering 32,000 newly constructed flats, including luxury penthouses, under its 'Festival Special Housing Scheme 2023'. Registration for the flats will start today.
DDA officials said on Saturday that the registration for around 28,000 low-income group (LIG) and economic weaker section (EWS) flats to be sold on a first-come- first-serve basis will start on November 24.
Registration for the scheme will start from next week and the date will be announced soon, DDA officials said. The flats will be located in Dwarka, Loknayak Puram and Narela
