Cameras in the area. And the hunt is on this morning for a gunman who fired shots in philadelphias soho neighborhood hitting a man on the head. It happened on east indiana avenue. Police rushed the victim to the hospital where hes listed in Critical Condition this morning. Investigators found 16 shell casings from 22 weapons at an apartment across the street. Police do not believe the victim was the intended target.
