Building. Several people who live there believe it was started by a mentally ill man who lived there. He was taken to an institution and returned home yesterday. Suddenly overnight they heard a small explosion coming from his second floor apartment. Many saw smoke coming into their apartments. That is when the one woman i spoke with jumped off of her balcony. A polar vortex is not uncommon. In fact they continue to psych it will poles around cycle the poles around and most of the area. Just this year its a little extensive more extensive in fact. Weve seen all the cold arctic air, tens of thousands of feet deep spreading all the way to the deep south. In fact that cold air bringing very rare temperatures all the way to the south. Some record cold temperatures in fact these numbers very unusual to see the cold air.
