CopLinwood Barnhill pleaded guilty to horrible crimes, prostituting 15, 16, 17year old girls from his southeast apartment and possession of a video of the 17yearold performing oral sex on him, but to save the girls from having to publicly testify against him, prosecutors agreed to a deal that will have him spend just seven years in prison. Thats at least two years less than federal sentencing guidelines. This enables everyone to move forward and enables the witnesses to go forward, mr. Barnhill. He obviously expressed a lot of remorse from the beginning. Reporter both the prosecutor and defense attorney here in federal court told the judge the victims never knew that barnhill was a cop. Things, you know, id threat cant agree with all of your points but i agree with your basic will go because there is always a disconnect between what is provided to folks, whether it is the gas tax that goes to building roads and highways that people use every day but not realizing that they are paying for that. A variety of other things that people use that the tax system paid for but not realizing that connection.
