Actually talked to nbc10 last week she was upset about what happened to that 13yearold, her own daughter a 10yearold was involved in the second attempted abduction. Listen to the police chief. Hes really frustrated. How frustrating is it . Its extremely frustrating. The judge is supposed to be part of enforcement and hes letting this isnt the first time hes done Something Like this. Hes extremely liberal with these things in a down that hastown that has a lot of crime. Reporter hes 65 years old.
